Abstract:

Athletes are not allowed to use performance-enhancing drugs. Despite many efforts, the use of performanceenhancing drugs in sports persists. Doping testing in athletes is the main way to determine doping. Taking biological samples from athletes can be used to detect doping. The least invasive method is urine, while hair and saliva can also be sampled using a minimally invasive procedure. In contrast, blood sampling is the most invasive method. No matter what kind of sampling method, it is crucial to the development of sample analysis and detection technology. This review details the progress of electrophoresis and electrochemical detection of diuretics in stimulants.
